About the role
Providing full cycle accounting support, the Senior Property Accountant will manage financial reporting and client communications while working full-time in Dallas, TX.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a primary resource for Property Accountants, guiding them on complex accounting issues and workflows
Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Act as a backup to the Property Accounting Manager, overseeing the monthly close process and team reporting deadlines
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent preferred
3+ years of Real Estate Accounting experience
Experience in Public Accounting highly preferred
Proficiency using Excel and Google Suite products
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
