About the role

Champions ABA - MA is seeking a BCBA to join our growing team at the Dorchester Center, MA location. You will develop and implement individualized ABA plans, perform assessments, and supervise programs for clients with autism, collaborating with families and professionals. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $70–$95, with opportunities for professional growth and a supportive, flexible schedule (PART_TIME). On-site work supports integrated care within our ABA team.
