F. Schumacher & Co., also known as FSCO, is the parent company to many brands within our portfolio. As a Studio Administrator, you handle the day-to-day organizational tasks of the design studio: Co-ordinating schedules and communicating with vendors to set up meetings. Cross checking and submitting vendor invoices to the finance team in the Kwick Tag portal. General studio organization, ensuring the area is tidy and memos and samples are correctly filled away. Prepare for meetings and liaise with other teams to pull required samples. Ordering stationery and printing supplies as needed. Assisting the CFA (cutting for approval), product approvals process by cutting fabric samples, printing labels and organizing shipments. Keeping on top of studio subscriptions including software and magazines. Organizing studio activities, holiday dinners, and lunches for monthly executive meetings. Setting up regular scrap fabric collections. Organize travel for studio directors Submit expense reports for studio directors Organize trade show schedules
Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in using spreadsheet software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet).Previous experience in project or data management is a plus. Invoice submission experience. Strong organizational skills with ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize workload under pressure. An eagerness to improve systems, and a no-task-is-too-small attitude. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail orientated. Takes pride in having a high level of accuracy.
