About the role
Building a revenue enablement function from the ground up, the full-time VP Revenue Enablement & AI Strategy will establish AI operating standards across the GTM organization while enhancing seller effectiveness and productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop and lead onboarding, ongoing skill development, and manager enablement programs for the revenue enablement function
Launch AI-native onboarding and continuous enablement initiatives to improve seller productivity
Partner with Sales and Rev Ops to redesign workflows utilizing AI across various GTM processes
Required qualifications
12+ years in B2B SaaS, with 8+ years in Sales Enablement and 5+ years leading a Sales Enablement function
Proven experience in building and scaling revenue enablement programs in a B2B SaaS environment
Demonstrated success in tying enablement initiatives to revenue outcomes
Hands-on experience with AI tools and workflows to enhance GTM processes
Strong data fluency and ability to collaborate with RevOps and data teams
