About the role

ERPA is seeking a Service Delivery Director for PeopleSoft to lead a delivery team and ensure end-to-end managed services across strategic accounts. You will partner with the Engagement Director, drive client satisfaction, and align delivery with business priorities. The role requires extensive PeopleSoft production support leadership, with responsibility for escalations, QBRs, capacity planning, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
