About the role

- Mix of 70% Young Adult ACT (ages 18-25) + 30% Adult O/P Bronx clinic - ACT -Treat patients where they live - See an average 2-5 patients/day- Automobile or metro-card provided for transportation- MUST HAVE 2+YEARS Experience to be considered - NOT Tele Health- Article 31 - criminal justice background patients - Experience with population a plus- Provide Evaluations, Med Management and coordinate primary care and therapy- Must be ANCC board certified- F/T Monday - Friday work week (mainly adult and older adolescents)- $160K-$ hrs/wk + full benefits
