About the role

The ideal candidate will possess strong Relationship Management, interpersonal and organizational skills. Manage end-to-end client and candidate relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.Responsibilities:Client ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and hiring managers.Serve as the primary point of contact for all client staffing requirements.Gather and understand job requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.Conduct regular client meetings to review hiring progress and address concerns.Resolve client issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business within existing accounts.Prepare and present weekly/monthly account performance reports.Candidate ManagementEngage with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between clients and candidates.Provide interview preparation, feedback, and guidance to candidates.Manage offer negotiations, compensation discussions, and acceptance.Maintain regular follow-ups until the candidate joins.Ensure a positive candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.Resolve candidate concerns related to interviews, offers, onboarding, and joining.QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
