About the Role: Hoods Up Quick Lube LLC is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our fast-paced team in Rostraver Township, PA! This is a great opportunity to build your automotive career in a hands-on, customer-focused environment where every day brings something new under the hood.
Responsibilities: Perform oil and filter changes efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models Inspect and top off essential fluids including coolant, power steering, and windshield washer fluid Check and adjust tire pressure and inspect wiper blades, air filters, and cabin filters Lubricate chassis components and perform multi-point vehicle inspections Communicate recommended services and findings to customers in a clear, friendly manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work bay and shop environment Work as part of a team to minimize customer wait times and maximize service quality
Requirements: Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and under-hood components Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple vehicles efficiently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
