About the role

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and uphold guest experiences at our San Diego location. You will open/close the store, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality with limited supervision. We offer a flexible schedule, PTO after 90 days, and benefits such as 401K with company match and access to Employee Assistance Program resources. Starts around $20–$22 per hour, with opportunities to grow within the company.
