A growing, industry-leading organization is seeking a CRM Lead Business Analyst to play a key role in a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with business leaders, IT, and external vendors to deliver scalable CRM solutions that improve business processes through automation and innovation. What You'll Do:
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions.
Support and enhance Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules, with exposure to Field Service considered a plus.
Design and improve business processes using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Serve as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, and third-party vendors.
Lead discovery sessions, process mapping, workflow design, and functional documentation.
Ensure project requirements, user stories, and support tickets are complete and ready for development.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and project teams throughout implementation and enhancement projects.
Identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and user experience.
Support testing, user acceptance, training, and change management efforts.
Help drive CRM adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant supporting enterprise applications.4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).Strong functional experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
- Power AppsPower Automate
- Proven experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience partnering with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors.
- Experience supporting CRM implementations, enhancements, or digital transformation initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service experience.
Experience integrating CRM with ERP, Azure, or third-party systems.
Power BI experience.
Exposure to AI-driven automation or predictive analytics.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and enterprise business transformation initiatives.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
