About the role

Field Level, Inc. is seeking assistant coaches to support our head coaches for the 2026-2027 Club Season for ages 10-18U. We'll train new coaches and offer flexibility in scheduling. Positions are stipend-paid with three installments per season, plus free gear, training, and mentorship. Field Level is free for coaches, athletes, and families. Ideal for those new to coaching, this role emphasizes learning and mentorship in a supportive environment while contributing to player growth.
