Role Description: The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role located in Little River, SC. This position supports daily office operations by answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers, and providing timely information about services and appointments. The Administrative Assistant will schedule and confirm service visits, maintain digital and physical records, prepare basic correspondence and reports, and manage incoming mail and emails. The role includes assisting with invoicing, payment processing, and data entry, as well as coordinating calendars for technicians and leadership. This team member helps ensure smooth front-office operations, consistent customer service, and effective communication between the field team and the office.
Qualifications: Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage scheduling, filing, data entry, and general office operations. Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle customer inquiries, relay information clearly, and represent the company positively. Experience with Executive Administrative Assistance or similar support roles to coordinate calendars, prepare documents, and assist leadership. Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets) and the ability to learn pest management or CRM systems. Attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is preferred.
