Schedule:
9:00 am - 5:30 pm CSTWhat You’ll DoSupport Patients – Check in with patients on medications, supplies, and side effects, while coordinating deliveries. Keep Things Moving – Assist pharmacists with order entry, delivery tickets, and referrals (including hospice).Be the Connection – Collaborate with pharmacists and referral sources for seamless care. Deliver Service – Answer calls, solve problems, and keep patients at the center of everything you do. Stay Sharp – Support quality, compliance, and improvement projects. What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NHA, or equivalent)
- 0–2 years of experience (specialty pharmacy or infusion a plus)
- Knowledge of insurance billing, prior authorizations, and pharmacy systems (CareTend or similar preferred)
- Strong communication + customer service skills
