Job Summary
Location: Syracuse, NY Area (Project-Site Based)
Status: Full-Time, Project-Based (Contingent on Award)
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process RFIs, submittals, and other project documentation.
Maintain and distribute current drawings and as-built records.
Assist with quality control inspections and reporting.
Monitor material deliveries and manage inventory.
Support the Project Manager with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting tasks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, OR equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in a construction support role.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Team player mentality with a willingness to handle both office and field responsibilities.
