About the role

Job Description
Our Company: Reliant Holdings is the largest privately held CO2 related family of companies in North America. With over 30 years experience in the capture, purification and production of CO2 for use in a wide range of industries. Project ScopeThe Project Engineer plans, coordinates, and delivers Reliant projects supporting Liquid CO2 and Dry Ice production facilities across the U.S., guiding work from early planning through commissioning, closeout, and warranty resolution.
Key responsibilities include: Lead internal kickoffs; partner with Sales/Engineering during FEED reviews to confirm scope and execution approach. Set priorities, schedules, budgets, and documentation requirements; maintain submittals, delivery tracking, meeting minutes, and action logs. Secure and administer prime contracts; negotiate and manage subcontract agreements, changed conditions, and scope changes. Coordinate procurement with purchasing to meet specifications, schedule dates, and cost targets. Track financial performance with forecasts, monthly reporting, contract valuations, billing approvals, retention, and invoice processing. Support start-up/commissioning with operations; ensure ASME and quality-control compliance; lead warranty resolution. If you're ready to own complex industrial projects end-to-end, apply to be considered. How Your Day FlowsYou'll start onsite by checking open items across active facility work-submittals awaiting review, long-lead deliveries, and any schedule constraints. Mid-morning is typically spent aligning stakeholders through brief coordination calls, then updating project controls so the team has a current picture of cost, progress, and documentation status. Afternoons often shift to commercial touchpoints: reviewing contract language, confirming billable milestones, and validating invoices against work completed. As commissioning approaches, your focus becomes tighter-verifying turnover packages are complete, ensuring required records are organized for Technical Services, and staying available to resolve field questions quickly so work can move safely and efficiently to closeout.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
