About the role
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Design Engineering, with experience applying engineering principles to industrial or process equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and creating fabrication-ready drawings.
- Experience in Product Design, including concept development, prototyping, and design for manufacturability and assembly.
- Take inputs from multiple disciplines and evaluate and implement design parameters for the systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, schematics, and process diagrams, with strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Comfort working in a manufacturing environment, including collaboration with shop personnel, site visits, and occasional field support.
- Standardize design and generate template documentation to support products.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate across engineering, operations, and management.
- Familiarity with wastewater treatment processes, fluid systems, or environmental engineering is beneficial but not required.
