Job Description and Responsibilities
Rome Radio Partners, based in Rome, Georgia, is searching for an experienced Program Director. Our listening area is 300,000+ people in a five-county area between Atlanta and Chattanooga.
The Program Director will be responsible for general knowledge and experience in multiple formats and stations including Classic Country, Modern Country, NewsTalk, Gold-based Adult Contemporary, Classic Rock and Top 40.
Day to day programming will primarily focus on Modern Country, Adult Contemporary, and Top 40 music scheduling. Responsibilities include imaging, developing programming promotions, and oversight of station websites. Excellent communications skills needed to work with voice talents in and out of market.
Occasional backup for the Production Department is required.

Requirement:
The candidate we would like to join our family should be detailed oriented and be able to deal with the surprise challenges that all stations experience. Need to have a full understanding of programming automation systems, specifically Wide Orbit. Preferences given to those who have worked with Marketron NXT.
