About the role

The Cosmopolitan, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Relief Manager to lead across multiple restaurant concepts. You will guide teams, drive guest service standards, and collaborate with the Executive Chef to meet culinary requests. This is a full-time on-site role in Las Vegas. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management in hospitality, 5+ years in the industry, and a college background in a related field.
