On offer is a chance to join a well established company, who are committed to the development of their employees. Through tailored training packages to on-the-job shadowing, you will receive all the tools to become a technical expert in marine carpentry. This company are leaders in their industry, and are now in a phase of great expansion. With no two projects being the same, you will continuously develop your skills and become a specialist in marine carpentry. On offer is a dynamic and exciting yacht carpenter position where you will truly develop into a technical leader. You will be working on a range of projects from new manufacturing to servicing return customers. This role would suit a Marine Carpenter who is looking to develop into a subject matter expert in Yacht Carpentry, and progress into a technical leadership role in the future.
The Role: Build and install custom cabinetry throughout bespoke yachts Maintain exceptional standards of quality, fit and finish Work alongside other skilled trades to complete yacht builds and service projects The Candidate: Carpentry, joinery or cabinetmaking background Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Looking for long-term development and progression within the marine industry
