About the role
Asbury is seeking a Service Advisor to be the face of the dealership for service customers. You will present and sell needed products and services while following the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and requirements, building rapport to boost satisfaction and retention.
You must greet customers promptly, promote rapport, advise on care per specs, produce accurate repair estimates, and schedule and communicate timelines with customers and technicians; background checks apply.
