About the role
- We're looking for a motivated Hotel Partnerships & Business Development Representative to help Bagzee expand its network of hotel partners, hotel groups, vacation rental operators, and hospitality professionals.
- This is a commission-only opportunity designed for someone who is comfortable with outbound sales, relationship building, and independently developing partnerships.
- The role offers complete flexibility, making it particularly attractive to hospitality professionals, independent consultants, or individuals with established industry networks looking to generate additional income.
- Why Bagzee?
- You're not selling another software subscription or generic hotel service.
- You're helping hotels offer their guests something they actually experience and value: the freedom to travel without their luggage.
- Bagzee provides hotels with an additional guest amenity and revenue opportunity that requires no upfront investment, additional staffing, or changes to existing operations. This makes it a straightforward, low-commitment partnership for hotels to adopt.
- Bagzee is already operational, has active customers and hotel partnerships, and is expanding into additional airports and markets.
- This is an opportunity to get involved early and have a direct impact on the growth of a travel company building a new category of infrastructure.
- Who We're Looking ForWe're particularly interested in individuals with experience or existing relationships in the hospitality industry, including:
- Hotel sales, business development, or strategic partnerships.
- Hotel management, operations, or ownership groups.
- Hospitality consulting or independent sales.
- Established relationships with hotel general managers, executives, or hospitality decision-makers.
- Existing hospitality industry connections are a strong advantage, but we're equally open to motivated business development professionals who can independently identify opportunities and establish new relationships.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
