AI Operations Associate We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of AI and machine learning initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are interested in AI technologies, data operations, and process optimization. You will work closely with AI engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to help manage AI workflows, monitor system performance, maintain data quality, and ensure smooth execution of AI-powered solutions. Key Responsibilities Support the operational management of AI and machine learning applications. Monitor AI workflows, model performance, and operational dashboards to ensure system reliability. Assist with data collection, validation, labeling, and quality assurance activities. Coordinate AI model deployment, updates, and routine operational tasks with engineering teams. Track, investigate, and escalate operational issues affecting AI systems. Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational metrics related to AI performance and usage. Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge base articles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve AI processes and operational efficiency. Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of AI-powered applications. Stay informed about AI tools, automation technologies, and operational best practices. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.0–2 years of experience in operations, technical support, data operations, business operations, or a related role (internships are welcome).Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data. Familiarity with Python is an advantage. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or AI automation tools. Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana. Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Knowledge of data annotation or quality assurance processes. Internship or academic projects involving AI, analytics, or automation.
