About the role
Maryland Department of Transportation seeks a Senior Learning and Organizational Development Specialist (Administrator V) to lead enterprise-wide OD initiatives. You will assess needs, design interventions, and partner with MDOT leaders to strengthen leadership and workforce readiness for change.
