The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization's commercial strategy, business development, client engagement, marketing, and proposal functions. This executive will play a key role in identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening industry relationships, and supporting long-term revenue goals. The Chief Commercial Officer will work closely with executive leadership, operations, finance, and site teams to ensure that commercial priorities are in line with the company's capabilities. Applicants must have significant commercial leadership experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare services, or a related industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing client relationships. The role requires a strong knowledge of the clinical research marketplace, the ability to build and manage high-performing teams, and excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience with customer relationship management systems and commercial reporting tools is essential, as is the ability to travel as needed.
