Who We Are: We are the nation's fastest‐growing provider of autism care, delivering high‐quality Applied Behavior Analysis therapy across an expanding footprint. Since our founding in 2020, we've scaled from a single clinic to early 70 operating areas in more than a dozen states, supported by a high‐performance corporate infrastructure and data‐driven decision‐making. Recognized as the #5 fastest‐growing private company in America by Inc. magazine, ABA Centers is a self‐funded, founder‐led organization that has grown without private equity, relying instead on operational discipline, smart capital allocation, and a relentless focus on outcomes. Our corporate team plays a mission‐critical role in this success—developing scalable systems, managing risk, and driving analytics that power our growth. If you're a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast‐paced, purpose‐driven environment, we offer a unique opportunity to help shape the future of autism care while building on a legacy of operational excellence. Our Origin StoryABA Centers was founded by a father whose personal journey navigating autism care for his daughter revealed deep gaps in access, consistency, and quality. Determined to disrupt the status quo and eliminate the unacceptably long wait lists for treatment, he built a company rooted in compassion, clinical excellence, and a relentless commitment to care. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
