Job DetailsESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMay perform any or all of the following duties:Displays outstanding leadership skills; provides coaching, guidance and development advice to franchisees for approximately 60 franchise restaurantsExecutes the Company's strategic plan and marketing/operational performance standardsConducts operational reviews and evaluations including assisting the franchisees in identifying business opportunities and finding solutions to sales and cost controlsProvides strategic operational support in the areas of service standards; product quality control; training; safety; sanitation and new restaurant openingsAssists with restaurant development planning and execution; including sub-market identification; site approval and kitchen design issuesAids franchisees' in developing and executing a systematic training program and provides restaurant opening assistanceCommunicates changes in the Company's specifications and proceduresAttends seminars and completes other training to remain current on industry trendsParticipates in company meetings, webinars and conference callsPerforms other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirementsPOSITION QUALIFICATIONS/CORE COMPETENCIESMust possess approximately six (6) years of any combination of experience and/or education that demonstrates a commanding knowledge of Restaurant OperationsBA/BS Degree preferredMust have a valid Driver's License and an acceptable DMV reportMust have a demonstrated track record of meeting operational goals; standards; building sales and maximizing profitsMust have the ability to determine expectations, measures effectiveness in processes, enforce quality standards and meet commitmentsMust have excellent problem resolutions skills and the ability to maintain relationshipsMust display strong analytical and organizational skills and have the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies with positive business resultsMust have strong work ethics and a high level of confidentiality to ensure proper handling of sensitive informationWORK ENVIRONMENTCorporate Office fast paced, high volume of activity and a deadline driven environmentPHYSICAL DEMANDSSitting for extended periods of time, using telephone, typing and/or operating a computer and/or mouseTravels as needed approximately seventy-five (75) %The Company retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position as deemed appropriate with or without notice.Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
