Night Shift Production Supervisor - Lead the Shift. Drive Results. Build Great Teams. Are you the type of leader who thrives when others are sleeping? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our clients' night-shift operations and play a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and employee engagement at their manufacturing facility.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop production team members on the night shift Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Monitor production schedules and ensure daily goals are achieved Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with maintenance and quality teams Track performance metrics and implement corrective actions when needed Conduct shift meetings and communicate priorities clearly Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Support employee training, performance management, and workforce development
What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing leadership experience (Supervisor, Team Lead, Group Leader, etc.)Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to motivate and develop teams in a fast-paced environment Experience with production metrics, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety and operational excellence Why Join Us?
