About the role

Job Description: We are looking for a dependable and skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and is comfortable working with a variety of woodworking tools, materials, and equipment.
Responsibilities: Measure, cut, assemble, and finish wood components and products. Operate hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery. Read and follow drawings, plans, measurements, and project specifications. Perform sanding, routing, drilling, cutting, assembly, and other woodworking tasks. Assist with building custom wood products and projects. Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area. Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment. Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Assist other members of the production team as needed.
Qualifications: Previous woodworking, carpentry, cabinetmaking, or related experience preferred. Basic knowledge of woodworking tools and equipment. Ability to accurately measure and read a tape measure. Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship. Ability to follow instructions and work from drawings or plans. Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn. Ability to safely lift and move materials as required. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
