About the role
Bay Area Youth Services Inc. seeks a JDAP Supervisor to guide daily operations and ensure alignment with our mission. You will supervise Case Managers and Youth and Family Coordinator, review referrals, ensure contract compliance, and mentor staff. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in human services or related field (Master's preferred), 3 years working with juvenile populations with at least 1 year in supervision, and a valid Florida Driver's License.
