Required Skills:
- Proven experience in payroll processing, bookkeeping, or related administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, deductions, and reporting requirements
- Familiarity with union payroll processes and managing multiple jurisdictions
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Adept at working with payroll software, preferably Foundation Accounting Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools
- Ability to handle confidential employee and payroll information with integrity
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and vendors
- Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior union or construction payroll experience is highly preferred
- Experience with payroll compliance and fringe benefit administration
- Knowledge of certified payroll and prevailing wage reporting
- Familiarity with employee benefits administration
