Role Description: This full-time Licensed Clinical Psychologist role is a hybrid position based in Cleveland, OH, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home responsibilities. The psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including diagnostic interviews and testing, and provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy using evidence-based interventions. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate clinical documentation, developing treatment plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating care with other providers as needed. The role may involve clinical supervision of trainees or early-career clinicians, participation in case consultations, and contribution to practice policies that support quality improvement. The psychologist will also engage in continuing education and uphold all ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications: Strong foundation in Psychology and Counseling Psychology, with the ability to apply theory and research to clinical practice. Proficiency in Psychological Testing, including selection, administration, scoring, and interpretation of standardized assessment tools. Demonstrated experience in Mental Health treatment, including diagnosis, evidence-based psychotherapy, and crisis intervention. Ability to provide effective Clinical Supervision to trainees or colleagues, supporting skill development and adherence to ethical standards. Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited program. Current, unrestricted license as a Psychologist in the state of Ohio, or eligibility for licensure within a specified timeframe. Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with comfort using electronic health record systems. Commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care and working with clients from diverse backgrounds. Experience in private practice, outpatient mental health, or similar settings is beneficial.
