Role Description: This is a full‑time, on‑site Lead Generator role based in Menomonee Falls, WI. The Lead Generator will focus on identifying and qualifying prospective clients in the staffing industry through outbound calls, emails, online research, and engagement via professional networks. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, tracking outreach activities, and scheduling introductory meetings or demos for the sales team. The Lead Generator will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to refine lead criteria, share market feedback, and support campaigns and initiatives aimed at expanding TRICOM’s client base. This position requires consistent follow‑up, professional communication, and a service‑oriented approach aligned with TRICOM’s people‑first philosophy.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong prospecting and lead generation skills, including outbound calling, email outreach, and online research. Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to build rapport with potential clients. Candidates should possess CRM and data management skills, including experience updating records, tracking activities, and using spreadsheets or sales tools. Candidates should possess organization and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage follow‑ups, and meet activity goals. Candidates should possess basic sales and marketing understanding, including familiarity with sales pipelines, qualification criteria, and lead nurturing concepts. Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Comfort working on‑site in a professional office environment and collaborating with cross‑functional teams is required.
