About the role

Heat Press Operator We are seeking a skilled Heat Press Operator to join our team. The Heat Press Operator will be responsible for operating a heat press machine to customize uniforms, including adding logos, names, and numbers to the garments. There is no previous experience needed. You will receive full training.
Responsibilities: Operate a heat press machine to customize uniforms according to customer specifications. Review customer orders and ensure accuracy of customization, including the placement of logos, names, and numbers. Adjust the heat press machine settings to ensure proper temperature and pressure for each garment. Prepare the garments for customization, including pre-pressing, trimming, and ensuring that they are clean and wrinkle-free. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the heat press machine, tools, and supplies. Keep inventory of supplies and materials needed for the heat press machine. Troubleshoot any issues with the heat press machine, such as temperature or pressure problems, and notify the appropriate team member if needed. Communicate with customers to ensure that customization meets their expectations. Meet production quotas and deadlines set by management. Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. No previous experience operating a heat press machine is required. (Full training provided)Ability to read and interpret customer orders and specifications. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotas and deadlines. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others.
