POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking motivated, relationship-driven Real Estate Sales Representatives based in Southern California to join our growing team. This is a flexible, commission-based sales opportunity combining remote work with in-person presentations, dinner seminars, marketing events, client communication, and follow-up. Representatives receive company-provided leads while also having the opportunity to develop their own business. The ideal candidate is professional, self-motivated, personable, organized, and comfortable building relationships and consistently following up with prospective buyers. Occasional travel to Baja California is expected so representatives can become familiar with Rancho Costa Verde and experience the community firsthand, including participation in a Rancho Costa Verde Discovery Tour Weekend.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries and company-provided leads• Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers• Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email• Educate prospective buyers about Rancho Costa Verde, its lifestyle, amenities, and ownership opportunities• Introduce qualified prospects to our Discovery Tour experience• Participate in presentations, dinner seminars, and sales and marketing events• Maintain accurate CRM records and client communication• Collaborate with the sales team throughout the sales process• Provide professional, responsive service from initial inquiry through purchaseQUALIFICATIONS• California real estate license preferred• Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills• Real estate or consultative sales experience preferred• Strong organizational and follow-up skills• Comfortable communicating by phone, text, email, and CRM• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently• Professional demeanor and team-oriented approach• Interest in international real estate and the Baja coastal lifestyle• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to Baja CaliforniaWHAT WE OFFER• Flexible hybrid work environment• Company-provided leads• Opportunity to generate and develop your own business• Training, mentorship, and sales support• Competitive commission structure• Opportunities to participate in sales and marketing events throughout Southern California• Opportunity to participate as a tour agent on Rancho Costa Verde Discovery Tours• A unique international real estate product with homesites starting at $22,500 Rancho Costa Verde — Affordable • Sustainable • Green Seaside Living — Where the Mountains and Desert Meet the Sea.
