Estate Project Coordinator About the Role:
Inte Pros is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Project Coordinator to support real estate and facilities projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination skills who can manage schedules, documentation, budgets, and stakeholder follow-ups while keeping multiple projects organized and on track.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination Support the planning and execution of real estate and facilities projects. Maintain project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverable trackers. Prepare and distribute project status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes. Track action items and follow up with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines and commitments are met. Maintain accurate and organized project documentation. Real Estate Administration Support lease administration, including critical date tracking, renewals, and related correspondence. Maintain organized records for leases, contracts, and other real estate documentation. Assist with site-selection research and data gathering for new locations, relocations, and expansions. Budget, Purchasing & Reporting Create and manage purchase orders and support invoice reconciliation. Track project budgets, expenses, and financial commitments. Assist with the preparation and processing of Capital Expenditure (Cap Ex) requests. Support payment processes and help resolve invoice or purchasing discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
Previous project management or project coordination experience. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a remote environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Power Point, Word, and Outlook. Experience with real estate lease administration/management and payment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting real estate, facilities, construction, or corporate workplace projects. Experience with SAP or a similar ERP/procurement system. Familiarity with purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, budget tracking, and Cap Ex processes.
