Job Description: IMKO Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Machine Operators for Adams Thermal Systems in Canton, SD. This position involves operating production machinery, completing equipment changeovers, monitoring quality, and troubleshooting equipment.

Responsibilities: Operate production machinery and equipment Perform machine setups and changeovers Troubleshoot minor equipment issues Inspect products and make adjustments to meet quality standards Complete production logs and documentation Perform basic preventative maintenance Follow all safety and lockout/tagout procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist maintenance and manufacturing teams as needed

Qualifications: Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English effectively enough to follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production documentation Dependable with strong attention to safety and quality Receive a gas incentive through IMKO to help with your commute to Canton!#INDSXF #TALROO
