Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Legal & Skiptracing Assistant to support our legal and recovery operations. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in legal administration, compliance, or asset recovery. No prior experience is required — we will provide training and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and organize legal documents and case files
Assist skiptracers and legal assistants with daily tasks and case support
Draft professional correspondence and documents for customers
File legal paperwork and maintain accurate records
Utilize Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and tracking
Perform data entry and typing tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Learn and use skiptracing tools to locate customers and assets
Communicate and coordinate with local courts regarding legal proceedings and filings
Follow established procedures while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
Ability to type accurately and manage multiple tasks
Willingness to learn legal and skiptracing tools and procedures
Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
