Our globally distributed team (Canada & Vietnam) includes AI researchers, ML engineers, product specialists, and software engineers building the next generation of capture and automation tools.Position Overview:The Outside Sales and Support Consultant is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and support directly to clients in the field. By assisting clients, the consultant will generate new business opportunities and manage ongoing relationships within a designated territory. The role involves proactive outreach to both existing and potential customers, conducting in-person meetings, and providing customized solutions tailored to client needs. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong communication abilities, a result-oriented approach, and the capacity to operate independently. As the primary contact for clients, the consultant will maintain robust relationships and represent the company with professionalism.Key ResponsibilitiesKey duties include providing exceptional customer service, identifying and pursuing sales leads, presenting company products or services, and closing sales contracts. The consultant will maintain detailed records of customer interactions, provide feedback to internal teams, and consistently meet or exceed sales and retention targets.
