Partner, Legal Search (Non-Equity), Remote (USA)Limitless Workforce is expanding its legal search practice and seeking experienced attorneys, former attorneys, and established legal recruiters interested in building a recruiting practice under the Limitless platform. This is a non-equity Partner opportunity for professionals with strong relationships and credibility within a legal practice area who are interested in building an additional revenue stream through legal search. This opportunity can be structured alongside an existing law practice, consulting business, or other professional work. Ideal backgrounds include: Practicing or former attorneys with established legal networks Experienced legal recruiters Law firm partners or senior attorneys interested in leveraging their professional network Professionals with deep relationships in a specific practice area Limitless provides the recruiting platform, infrastructure, sourcing resources, client agreements, and administrative support. Partners focus on what they know best: relationships, candidates, clients, and placements.
