Position Type: 1-Year Contract (Potential for extension)

Location: Bethel, CT 06801

Pay Rate: $40.00 – $43.00 / hour (W2)

Responsibilities: Manage Repair Orders & Workflows: Align repair demand with material availability, capacity, and customer timelines to clear repair queues and hit committed turnaround times (TAT).Procure & Plan Materials: Purchase, track, and manage inventory to ensure repair parts arrive on time while minimizing excess stock, obsolescence, and material aging. Oversee Purchase Orders: Release purchase orders for repair parts and outside processing, collaborating closely with suppliers to guarantee timely delivery and inspection release. Track Key Performance Indicators: Monitor and report daily and monthly Repair Station metrics (including backlog, past-due orders, sales, and TAT) during daily team meetings. Resolve Constraints Cross-Functionally: Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and customer service teams to clear supply chain bottlenecks and onboard new suppliers as needed.

Qualifications: 2+ years of professional supply chain experience within a manufacturing environment. Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP concepts, inventory management, and MS Office applications.
