About the role

Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent assessments of governance, schedule, configuration, integrations, testing readiness, data migration, and organizational readiness. Develop authoritative assessment checklists and maintain traceable supporting evidence. Establish and monitor Key Risk Indicators and escalate emerging risks promptly. Prepare monthly QA reports, executive briefings, and actionable recommendations. Support readiness assessments at major transitions, cutover, go-live, and stabilization. Track responses to recommendations and assess whether corrective actions address identified risks. Maintain professional independence and communicate findings objectively.
Preferred Experience: ERP programs with budgets exceeding $50 million. Public-sector ERP modernization and multi-agency implementations. Coordination between independent QA and IV&V teams. Documented QA methodologies incorporating risk indicators and peer benchmarking. Mainframe integration and legacy-system transition assessments. Certifications may supplement experience but do not replace the required qualifications. At least 10 years of senior program management experience on large ERP implementations. Direct delivery accountability as a Program Manager, Program Director, or equivalent on at least one ERP implementation with a total program budget of $30 million or more. At least five years of independent assurance experience on large ERP or comparable enterprise transformation programs. Served as Engagement Lead or equivalent for an independent assurance engagement on a program with a total budget of $30 million or more. Experience with multi-wave ERP implementations, including wave readiness, cutover decisions, or post-go-live stabilization. Experience developing risk indicators, defining thresholds, escalating findings, and presenting risk assessments and go/no-go recommendations to executive steering committees. Candidates must demonstrate both program delivery accountability and independent assurance leadership.
