Responsibilities:
Recruiting• Support non-program-specific recruiting needs• Assist with first round phone screens for high volume roles Campus Engagement for Spring Recruiting Strategy• Conduct initial outreach to schools and organizations• Coordinate employee representatives attending events• Gather and maintain school and organization contact lists• Track and process related expenses Keep Warm Strategy for Incoming Intern Class• Create templates for newsletters, questionnaires, and other materials shared with incoming interns Program Administration• Create and maintain distribution lists• Create and manage calendar invitations for summer programming• Coordinate invitations for interns, managers, and mentors• Book conference rooms and manage logistics Program Materials• Create and maintain intern and manager contact sheets• Create and update the intern profile deck
