Maintenance SupervisorLOCATION: Mount Vernon, OH, USAQualifications Requires high school diploma or GED5+ years of experience in Operations Leadership in Maintenance or a manufacturing environment Requires 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment Associate's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills What We Are Seeking We're looking for hands-on Maintenance Supervisors to lead activities in our production environment. In this role, you'll lead employee performance on the floor, while maintaining all safety, quality and productivity standards. You'll build and maintain a strong team as you coach, develop, and mentor employees, provide clear direction, and foster a mindset of accountability and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational demands with employee development, keeping production moving while ensuring the success of the team. Opportunities are available for weekdays, Monday Thursday at night, and weekends, Friday Sunday, both during the day and at night.
