Production Operator Come grow with us! We're looking for dependable, energetic team members to join another division of Fil-Tec. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing operation where you'll work alongside a great team to help create and prepare quality candle products from start to finish. As a Candle Production Associate, you'll be hands-on throughout the manufacturing process, including: Pouring wax and assisting with candle production Applying wick clips and lids Applying product labels Performing quality checks to make sure products meet our standards Packaging finished candles for shipment Preparing materials and products throughout the production process Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals Assisting with other production needs as needed Starting pay of $22.90/hour Day shift hours Climate-controlled work environment Opportunity to grow with our team Team-oriented workplace Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) And more!
