Reimbursement Analyst II-PO | Boston Childrens Hospital Supports and maintains the preparation of statistical and financial data for the monthly close, including volume reporting, calculation of net revenue, and preparing analyses and reports for management. Assists in preparing the hospital's annual operating budget including preparation and validation of annual budget templates, reviewing department budget submissions for accuracy and appropriateness, and preparing analyses and reports for management. Assists with ad hoc projects across the various functions of the hospital, including meeting with department managers. Assists Government Finance with analytics on Medicaid reimbursement strategy with the goal of improving Medicaid reimbursements in future years. Coordinates and submits external data submissions on a timely/accurate basis; resolves and reconciles any data issues. Maintains collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to the working group's achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment. Completes other projects as assigned by manager.
