Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Client is looking for driven, friendly, and experienced Medical Customer Service Rep. to accompany their team! This is the one for you!Important: Must be available to pick up equipment in Irving, TXPosition: Remote Medical Customer Service Rep.Pay: $16/hr. Weekly Pay plus BenefitsPaid Training!!!Equipment Provided (Must be able to pick up in Irving, TX)Schedule: 8am-8pm EST. Monday through Friday (Must be able to work ANY 8hr Shift between these hours of operation assigned.)What you'll do:Handle high volume inbound calls.Outbound calls depending on department needs.Provide accurate information to the patient and or the healthcare providerAssist callers with information and status of their applicationProvide appropriate follow-up and next steps for callerProvide appropriate customer service and effortless experience to the callerMust be able to multitask between several internal system programsFollow company policies and proceduresMust have: Must have 1 year or more of recent experience in a call center (NO EXCEPTIONS)Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TXAbility to multi-task and use dual monitorsAdhere to all company required KPI'SQuiet workstation with High-Speed Internet and Modem access REQUIRED.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsActive listening and problem-solving abilityBasic computer proficiency (typing, data entry, navigating systems)Strong attention to detail and accuracyFor Immediate Consideration-Apply Here!
