Operator Production DUNRoechling Automotive Duncan - Duncan, SC 29334 Position Type Full Time Job Shift Any Category Automotive Rchling Automotive is seeking dependable and motivated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Duncan, SC. The Production Operator is responsible for assembling automotive components, loading and unloading machinery, conducting quality inspections, packaging finished products, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment Assemble components according to work instructions and production standards. Load and unload equipment and production machinery. Perform quality checks and document inspection results. Inspect products to ensure only quality-compliant parts are packaged. Complete production labels and verify product information. Maintain housekeeping standards and support 5S initiatives. Follow all safety, environmental, and workplace regulations. Communicate production concerns and shift updates to team members. Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements. Other job duties assigned High School Diploma or GED required. Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures. Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
