About the role
Leading the full commercial performance of Residential and Commercial Real Estate segments, the full-time Segment Owner - Real Estate will manage strategy, positioning, go-to-market initiatives, and revenue growth while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute segment strategy, positioning, and messaging to differentiate products in the market
Own revenue growth through net-new, winback, and expansion strategies, leveraging marketing strength
Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and represent the company within the residential and commercial real estate communities
Required qualifications
Deep expertise in residential and commercial real estate with an established industry network
Proven marketing strategy and product-marketing capability, including experience with positioning and go-to-market strategies
Track record of owning and delivering revenue results
AI-native working style with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency
Based in the United States
