If you love tech, enjoy checklists, and are committed to completing tasks accurately and on time while maintaining a positive environment — this role might be perfect for you.What You'll Be DoingProject Oversight: Provide regular status updates on installations, highlighting successes, adjustments needed, and rescheduling requirements.Partner Collaboration: Collaborate closely with third-party partners to ensure timely execution, motivating and maintaining momentum behind the scenes.Issue Resolution: Ask pertinent questions, identify blockers, and help advance projects with a solutions-oriented approach.Pipeline Management: Monitor all current and upcoming projects to ensure no details are overlooked.Client Coordination: Confirm packages and orders with clients, ensuring promises are fulfilled accurately from a technical perspective. Introductions & Hand-offs: Facilitate smooth introductions between clients and partners, ensuring alignment from the start.System Sign-Offs: Perform final sign-offs for installations, ensuring quality and completeness. Tech & Equipment Coordination: Manage procurement and setup of POS systems, iPads, and other digital equipment.Install Logistics: Coordinate logistics for modem/router and digital display installations. Tools & Tech: Experience with iPads, digital signage, Fortinet networking equipment (a plus), and general IT infrastructure.
