Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Project Estimator to join their team.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for construction projectsReview drawings, specifications, and project documentsDevelop budgets, bid packages, and scopes of workSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsIdentify scope gaps and provide cost analysisSupport preconstruction and value engineering effortsCollaborate with project management and leadership teamsRequirements5+ years of experience as an Estimator with a General ContractorStrong experience with healthcare construction projectsAbility to manage estimates from concept through GMPKnowledge of Manhattan / NYC construction marketExperience with estimating software and takeoffsCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (depending on experience)Performance-based bonusFull benefits packageLong-term pipeline of projects in ManhattanAdditional InformationFull-time, permanent positionOffice-based role in ManhattanIf you are an experienced Project Estimator with healthcare experience in NYC, apply today for a confidential discussion.Work Location: In person
